These photos document the switch wiring for our intermittent wiper module (part number 13015) into a '66 Ford Bronco.  This switch has several connections in a circular switch which includes a factory washer system.  The orange wire was modified to feed power to both the wiper and washer portions of the switch.  The light green wire was added for the washer control.  When wiring to the factory connector, orange goes to orange, green to green, blue to blue, white to white, red to red, brown to black.  Easy as can be.  Add a good ground connection for the remaining black wire and you're done.
